London, Mayfair (Hay Mews). Not to be confused with the pub of the same name on Bruton Street (there are 117 Coach and Horses pubs in the UK!). This pub was established in 1744 and is the oldest in Mayfair. A Shepherd Neame pub, I enjoyed a Whitstable Bay Pale Ale (a favorite from way back!).
